I sleep alone still
waiting for dreams to catch me
soft pillow stuffing
Haiku Toads
spring is in the air
rain falls, then stops falling here.
toads mating outside
Love has found me
Love leaves us
like the tide
ebbs and flows
we feel the changes of the moon
as the stars reflect their light
bringing us home
seasons change
as we follow each other
across the continents
when we find the time
to reflect on what has come
we see our future
in each others eyes
love has found me
where I haven’t yet been
