to feel trapped
and abandoned
left with only ones thoughts
to be guided in darkness
the light shining through
a pathway to enlightenment
from the dawn comes humanity
the new way is forged

if we could talk to birds
what would they say
would it be the arrival of spring
each twittering chatter
a whistle or two
heading into summer
such commotion
and synchronicity
as we fall into autumn
are they still with us
the weather becoming colder
in winter time

I communicate with dust
across a wide spectrum
fluid is my motion
distilled memories
in tune with one another
branching out
into the unknown
we speak in riddles
twisted lies
from day to night
inside out
comes our trail of thought
and the answer lies within
our mind is like a satellite
Moon over the mountains
The moon rises
and transforms the night
its light descending
shaping the valley
each step a mile
from sunrise to sunset
there lies the moon
reflected in a pool of light
our dream of happiness
lasts us through the night
Stars
the stars
in the night sky
constellations pass by
reflecting circles
of inner thoughts
they intermingle and transmit
off world signals
something we can’t find
lost in the void are we
trespassers on our destiny

as I walk away
I look to see you again
When I sleep
upon the lost shore
